Heart shaped Linzer Cookies  - These buttery shortbread cookies are filled with red jam. They are a childhood memory and just melt in your mouth deliciousness.  Heart shaped for Valentines Day!

Praline Heart Cookies - these heart shaped hazelnut shortbread cookies are sandwiched together and have a tenderly melting  hazelnut-chocolate (hazelnut nougat) filling. The top is drizzled with chocolate.

Filled Marzipan Short Bread Cookies - These cookies have a vanilla shortbread base with a marzipan circle piped on top. The middle is filled with red jam for a Valentine version. Also available heart shaped!

These Mini Ruby and White Cookies are a Valentine version of my mini black & white cookies. These small, soft, cake-like cookies have a ruby-chocolate and lemon glaze. Ruby chocolate is exquisite and made out of the ruby cocoa bean. It has no artificial color or flavor added. It's quite different from common chocolate with a natural fruity and slight tart taste.

Classic French madeleines dipped in chocolate (dark, milk, white or ruby) or lemon glaze.  Madeleines are small sponge cakes from northeastern France. They usually come in different shell-like  shapes and their famous belly bump on the other side.

Tender and moist chocolate - hazelnut cupcakes, filled with a Toffifay candy, are topped with a silky, soft, whipped chocolate flavored mascarpone cream.  Topped with roasted hazelnuts and a Toffifay candy.

This is the cupcake version of my Donauwelle (lit. danube wave) Cake, another  German classic. A marbled chocolate and vanilla cupcake with cherries is topped with a German vanilla buttercreme.  Decorated with a cherry on top.
