Macarons

Advocaat - a Dutch spirit based on eggs, also very popular in Germany (Eierlikör/ egg liquor). It's somewhat similar to eggnog only with a deeper richer flavor as only egg yolks are used.    

These Advocaat Macarons are filled with a rich advocaat white chocolate ganache.

A full Fall flavor bomb awaits you with these Apple Pie Macarons. A tart but still sweet apple pie filling is enclosed in a ring of delicate vanilla ganache with just a kiss of cinnamon. 

A smooth, velvety banana chocolate ganache with a hint of caramel to make it perfect. These macarons are to-die-for delicious. The macarons are banana-yellow.

These macarons have a hidden coffee ganache center enhanced with savoiardo biscotti and encased in a velvety white chocolate - mascarpone ganache.  The color of the macaron is off white/beige and dusted with cocoa powder to coordinate with the flavor.
