Apple Strudel is a popular pastry in Bavaria, Austria, South Tyrol and also Czech Republic but it originated in Vienna, Austria in the 17th century. Spiced apples and juicy raisins rolled into a sugar powder dusted flaky crust. Serve it with a vanilla custard sauce, vanilla ice-cream or Chantilly cream (sweetened whipped cream). Contains rum, can be omitted.

Advocaat cake is a bundt cake made with generous amount of advocaat. It is a very popular bundt cake in Germany. The icing is either a chocolate icing or made with advocaat and powdered sugar for an even more intense advocaat flavor. This cake contains Advocaat!

Sacher Torte is one of Austria's most famous cakes and popular world wide. Originated in Vienna and invented by Franz Sacher in 1832. You can try the original in Vienna at the Cafe Sacher. It is traditionally served with unsweetened whipped cream. 

This is our version of the world famous cake. A rich chocolate cake with coatings of apricot jam between chocolate cake layers. The icing is a rich chocolate ganache decorated with chocolate shavings. This cake contains Orange Liqueur.
