Welcome to Alpine Bake Shop, your home-bakery for fresh, delicious treats!

We are a small, artisan, home-based family bake shop located on Florida's beautiful Space Coast in Cocoa.

Rooted in our German and French family ancestry, we specialize in authentic European breads, pastries, and cakes, alongside classic American favorites. 

Everything on our menu is made completely from scratch and freshly baked to order right in our home kitchen under the Florida Cottage Food Law.

How to Order

To place an order, please visit our Contact/Order page and use our contact form, email, text, or WhatsApp.

• Written Orders Only: We do not accept phone orders. All orders must be in writing via text or email.
• Lead Time: Please submit your order at least 5 business days in advance of your desired pickup date.
• Availability: Pickup dates are subject to availability and are only guaranteed once we confirm them. Peak seasons fill up quickly, so please plan ahead!
• Order Minimum: There is a strict $30 minimum for all website orders.

Payment Terms

Once we confirm your order details, we will send an invoice with your total and our pickup address. We accept secure payments online through PayPal (you can pay with a PayPal account or use any major credit/debit card on their site without an account).

• New & Second-Time Customers: Full payment is due immediately upon receiving your invoice to guarantee and secure your agreed-upon pickup date.
• Returning Customers: You enjoy the flexibility of paying online in advance or paying with Cash at pickup.

Order Pickup

Orders must be picked up at our residence in Cocoa, FL, at the exact agreed-upon date and time.

• Address: Our pickup address will be provided privately after your order is confirmed.
• Delivery: Delivery is unavailable. All orders are porch pickup only.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Standard Cancellations: All cancellations are handled individually. Depending on the timing and circumstances, a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
• In-Progress Orders: Once baking preparation has started on your order, no refunds will be issued.
• Bakery Emergencies: If an unexpected emergency occurs on our side and we cannot fulfill your order by the agreed date, you will receive a 100% full refund.

No-Show Policy

If an order is not picked up on your scheduled date and we do not hear from you, the order is forfeited. Because our items are freshly baked without preservatives, freshness cannot be guaranteed past your pickup date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
