 A two-tiered cake with chocolate and vanilla cake layers, infused with orange liqueur.

Filled with a homemade blueberry-cherry fruit spread (contains red wine) and a mascarpone-cream filling.  Decorated with an assortment of fresh berries, pearl sugar, sugar sprinkles and a chocolate ganache layer. 

Assortment of fruits might vary depending on availability.

A modern take on a German classic. The quark filling (German fresh cheese) is layered with mandarin oranges on top of vanilla cake layers. The top layer is puff pastry sprinkled with almonds and Belgian pearl sugar.  Decorated with Maraschino cherries and dark chocolate pieces.

Black Forest Cake as a semi naked drip cake version. A true German classic that perfectly fits modern times.  Chocolate cake layers infused with Kirsch and filled with  homemade cherry fruit filling and Chantilly cream. Topped with a layer of dark chocolate glaze and decorated with Cherries and Chocolate bits.

Alcohol free version is available as well!

Raspberry Semi Naked Drip Cake. Vanilla cake layers, Greek yogurt filling and homemade raspberry fruit spread. Topped with a chocolate drip glaze and a sophisticated luxuriant decoration including macarons and meringue kisses. Items used for decoration such as fresh raspberries and type of cake sprinkles may vary depending on availability.

This fruity Strawberry Torte is not only eye-catching, the combination of strawberries and chocolate is a match made in heaven. Vanilla cake layers with  chocolate bits  are filled with fresh strawberries  and a Greek yogurt cream.

Decorated with sweet cream  and chocolate dipped  strawberries.  Only available during strawberry season.

Tiramisu Cake. A decadent cake inspired by the Italian classic dessert. 

Layers of vanilla cake with a Mascarpone cheese filling and  Espresso & Amaretto dipped ladyfingers are hidden behind this wreath of chocolate dipped ladyfingers. Dusted with dark cocoa and decorated with a satin ribbon.

Mango Cake

Vanilla cake layers, filled with Greek yogurt cream and homemade mango fruit filling and puree. The cake is covered in a thin layer of vanilla butter cream and topped with mango puree and ground pistachios.

Strawberry Mascarpone Naked Cake - A light mascarpone and sweet cream filling with fresh strawberries between fluffy and moist chocolate cake layers. Decorated with mascarpone filling, strawberries and chocolate shavings.  Cake layers are infused with  orange liqueur! 

Chocolate Dream. This is for the chocolate lover! Chocolate sponge cake layers alternate with layers of airy chocolate cream filling. Decorated with  chocolate drizzles and chocolate cream tuffs. (Decoration may vary from picture).

Apple Custard Cake. A shortbread base with a layer of apples topped with a vanilla custard and decorated with whipped cream and sliced almonds.

Peach Tarte. Deliciously buttery short crust layered with fresh juicy peach slices. Glazed with Apricot jam and sprinkled with pine nuts.

Donauwelle (lit. danube wave) is a  German classic. A marbled chocolate/vanilla cake layer with cherries is topped with a vanilla buttercreme, The cake is then either cocoa dusted or chocolate glazed - your choice.

Strawberry Cake. A sponge cake base with a vanilla custard layer topped with fresh strawberries. Decorated with whipped cream and chopped nuts.

A German cheesecake with a chocolate short crust and a baked quark filling. German cheesecakes are made using quark instead of cream cheese. Quark is a fresh cheese somewhat like strained Greek yogurt.  Cheesecakes made with quark have a lighter texture than the ones made with cream cheese.

Also available during Christmas season with a gingerbread flavored crust,  an additional layer of mulled wine cherries and chocolate star decoration ($55)

A chocolate cake base topped with a juicy cherry filling. Decorated with whipped cream, a fruit glaze and ground pistachios. 

Bee Sting Cake is another German classic. A fluffy sweet yeast dough is filled with a buttery vanilla custard and topped with a layer of caramelized almonds.

German No Crust Cheese Cake -Compared to the American Cheese Cake the German version is usually made with a fresh cheese called quark which is somewhat similar to strained Greek yogurt. 

This cheese cake is a no-crust version, made with Greek yogurt and topped with mandarin oranges.   Decoration might vary.
