Apple Strudel is a popular pastry in Bavaria, Austria, South Tyrol and also Czech Republic but it originated in Vienna, Austria in the 17th century. Spiced apples and juicy raisins rolled into a sugar powder dusted flaky crust. Serve it with a vanilla custard sauce, vanilla ice-cream or Chantilly cream (sweetened whipped cream). Contains rum, can be omitted.

This moist sweet bread is loaded with bananas, toasted walnuts, plump raisins and bursting with buttery banana flavor. The top is delightfully covered with a thick layer of semi-sweet gourmet chocolate and decorated with walnuts and dried bananas.

Linzer Torte  is named after the Austrian city Linz. It is a  shortbread cake filled with a layer of red jam/jelly (currant or raspberry) and a lattice top decorated with almonds and powdered sugar.

German Hazelnut Cake. A flavorful hazelnut cake with a moist crumb. Roasted hazelnuts blend with the flavors of coffee, chocolate and cinnamon.

The cake is covered with a milk chocolate glaze.

Sacher Torte is one of Austria's most famous cakes and popular world wide. Originated in Vienna and invented by Franz Sacher in 1832. You can try the original in Vienna at the Cafe Sacher. It is traditionally served with unsweetened whipped cream. 

This is our version of the world famous cake. A rich chocolate cake with coatings of apricot jam between chocolate cake layers. The icing is a rich chocolate ganache decorated with chocolate shavings. This cake contains Orange Liqueur.
